Founded in 2004 in Colmar, Univers Santé is one of the first French private groupings with 500+ affiliated pharmacies, elected best pharmacy network in 2024. The group also offers to its affiliates a complete range of services allowing pharmacists to facilitate daily tasks and to allocate more time to higher value-added operational activities. 

In 2024, Indigo supported the start of the group's capital transition from the founder to his son, with the additional aim of participating in market consolidation in order to make Univers Santé an undisputed leader.
