Rivalen is a French industrial group founded in 2017 by Tristan De Witte, whose objective is to build a collective of companies with manufacturing expertise in France. The group brings together several historic and specialised brands such as Roger Pradier (outdoor lighting), Sécurlite, Brossier-Saderne, Luzeva and Radian, all focused on niche expertise in the lighting sector.

Since 2019, Indigo has been supporting the CEO in building the Group through numerous acquisitions.
