Founded in 1989, Arjobex is a French company specializing in the production of premium synthetic paper, best known for its Polyart® brand, which serves the printing, labeling, and technical applications markets. The company manufactures water- and tear-resistant materials designed for demanding uses such as security, logistics, chemical and food labeling, graphic printing, and other industrial applications.

In December 2020, Indigo provided financing to support the acquisition of AMV, a German company specialized in paper and film coating as well as blown film extrusion.

The objective of this transaction is to create a European leader in synthetic paper.
