Emergence was created in 2022 from the merger between VetoAdom and Adomvet, two regional leaders in veterinary emergency services. In 2023, Indigo backed the management team led by a new CEO to take over the business in the context of a MBI transaction.

In 2022, Indigo came to support the merger of the two companies and provide the group with the means for its development in France and Europe. Today, the group also operates in Belgium and Switzerland.
